CELL PHONE WAITING AREA
The Kiss and Ride and the Cell Phone Waiting Area are located
on the bus deck level and are now available for all station visitors!
In the interest of safety and traffic flow we ask that all passengers and their parties who are
seeking to pick up and/or drop off within the station, please utilize the new Kiss and Ride and
Cell Phone Waiting Areas. These lots are free for all patrons to use. Union Station Parking
Garage (USPG) is asking that you limit your wait time to 20 minutes or less.
Directions:
From Outside the Station
To access these parking areas, customers can enter the garage on H Street, bearing right at the
entrance and following the appropriate signs.
From Inside the Station
To access these areas from within the station - customers can reach the Mezzanine level leading to
the parking garage by using the spiral staircase in front of the Amtrak ticket counters; or the escalator
in front of Gate D on the Amtrak concourse; or the elevator located in front of Gate E (across from the
information desk) on the Amtrak concourse.
