Customers can receive an Apple Store Gift Card with the purchase of select Apple

products. Offer is valid at Apple Store locations, on apple.com, and 1-800-MY-APPLE for

purchases on November 24, 2017, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

Promotion Period: The promotion runs on November 24, 2017 (the “Promotion

Period”), in the United States (“Qualified Country”).

Qualifying Locations: U.S. Apple Store locations, apple.com, and 1-800-MY-

APPLE (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products

(as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in Qualified

Countries. Only purchases and deliveries within the same Qualified Country are

eligible. Orders of Eligible Products and Promotion Products from a Qualifying

Location that are placed during the Promotion Period and ship after the end of the

Promotion Period, are eligible.

THE OFFER: Customers who purchase an Eligible Product during the Promotion Period

may receive a discount equal to the value of the Promotion Product (depending on their

purchase, as set forth) off the price of the Eligible Product, in each case on an Apple

Store Gift Card. The Promotion Product is not a “gift”. This offer expires when the

purchase transaction is complete.

Refurbished products, end of life products, and open box returns sold “as is” are not

eligible for this offer.

QUALIFIED PURCHASES: With the purchase of an iPhone via subsidy or carrier-

financing in Apple Store locations, the Apple Store Gift Card is provided free of charge.

Eligible iPhone devices purchased from apple.com via carrier-financing, carrier subsidy,

or carrier pay in full do not qualify for this promotion. Eligible Products purchased from

apple.com via financing or installment plans do not qualify for this promotion.

PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Returns and

exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was

made. The Apple Store Gift Card received with the purchase of an Eligible Product must

be returned with such Eligible Product in order to receive a full refund for that purchase.

If the Apple Store Gift Card is missing, not returned, or has been redeemed, the full

original value of the Apple Store Gift Card will be deducted from the exchange or refund

of the Eligible Product.

PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS: This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period,

while supplies last. Eligible Products and Promotion Products are subject to availability.

For each Eligible Product Category only two (2) Promotion Products per purchaser may

be obtained during this promotion. You must be an individual end user purchaser to

obtain this promotional offer. Resellers, public entities, government entities, nonprofit

organizations, educational institutions, education purchasers, enterprise purchasers, and

business purchasers do not qualify, and Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases

made by such purchasers. If Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but

were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will seek a return of the Promotion Product, or

reimbursement for the value of the Promotion Product. Purchases of Eligible Products

via any channel other than any of the Qualifying Locations are not eligible for this

personal setup of your Eligible Product at the time of purchase.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS: This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This

Locations, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to this promotion
