You can read full-text content of Fertility and Sterility at fertstert.org via the ASRM website, but anyone

who wants access to mobile apps must register on fertstert.org and create a new username and

password in order to claim online access, which includes mobile products for iPad, iPhone, and Android

as well as website use. Access to abstracts and full-text content on the Fertility and Sterility iPad app is

only available to member subscribers and other individual subscribers.

On the “Login or Register a New Account” page at fertstert.org, please note that your ASRM log-in

details will not work. This is a page connected to Elsevier, the publisher of F&S who also maintains the

website and created the iPad app. To access the full content, you will need to enter your ASRM

member number on the first visit. Your membership number will then be recognized through your

password for future visits to the website or mobile apps.

Below is a walk-through of some instructions that might be helpful.

You must register a new account on fertstert.org to claim online access, which includes mobile products

for iPad, iPhone, and Android, as well as website use. If you have not yet registered and claimed access

to mobile products, please:

1. Go to http://fertstert.org/claim.

2. If you are a new user, you will need to register. Enter your email (username) and click on Register a

New Account. Then click Continue.

3. At the Register a New Account page, enter your ASRM member password and all the requested

profile information. Select that you have read the terms of use and click Register.

4. Next, you will be on the Claim Your Online Access page and see a message letting you know that you

have successfully registered. You will also see “Claim Online Access To: Fertility and Sterility.”

To claim online access:

• ASRM Members: Click I receive my subscription through a society membership. Select your society

name from the list displayed. Insert your membership number and last name. (You will need to enter

your ASRM member number only on this first visit. Your membership number will then be recognized

through your password for future visits to the website or mobile apps.)

• Non-Member Subscribers: Click I have purchased a personal subscription. Insert your account number

and last name. (Refer to the label image to find your account number.)

5. Click Continue. On the Online Access Claimed page, you can click the Journal link or Finish; both links

will direct you to the journal home page.

6. Upon returning to the journal site, you will only need to log in with your username (email) and

password to access full text journal articles online.

7. Now you can also access full journal content and, if you wish, download the Fertility and Sterility iPad

app available in the Apple Newstand. If you would like to download the iPad app, here are instructions

When you have registered and claimed online access to abstracts and full-text content at fertstert.org,

ASRM member subscribers and other individual subscribers can simply log in with your fertstert.org

username and password to gain access to articles. Please use the fertstert.org username and password

when prompted to log in as an existing subscriber.
