■About Travelfusion
The industry's largest aggregator (head office: London, UK) that complies with the NDC standard. Established in 2002.
Aggregators are service providers that distribute products and content from airlines, hotels, etc. to multiple sales
companies, such as metasearch and travel agencies. For airlines, the advantage is that by connecting to one
aggregator, they can connect via NDC without having to connect to each sales company individually. Travelfusion
originally provided reservation arrangement functions and system connectivity services for LCC travel agencies. Later,
the company began expanding to full-service carriers that comply with the NDC standard. Currently, the system has
already been connected to 55 airlines through NDC.
■About NDCNew Distribution Capability)
NDC is the new communication standard established by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) to deliver
information on airline tickets and their ancillary services. Through platforms that comply with this standard, ANA’s
reservation systems are directly linked to those of our external partners. This enables the partnersplatforms to obtain
a wide range of information, including in-flight services, seats and the number and size of carry-on baggage. Utilizing
this global industry standard technology, ANA will enhance the booking experience for customers on partners’
platforms.
